§ 31.18 COUNCIL MEETINGS; ATTENDANCE.
   The regular meeting times of the Council shall be the first and third Tuesday in each month at 7:30 p.m. Special meetings of the Council may be called as provided by the Charter of the city. It shall be the duty of the Council members to attend each meeting of the Council, whether same be regular, adjourned or a specially called meeting.
