(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully oppose, delay or obstruct any police officer or other municipal officer or employee in the discharge or attempted discharge of his or her official duties.
(B) It shall also be unlawful to fail to obey a lawful order from the officer, or to intimidate or attempt to intimidate by any means of threat or violence any officer or employee from the discharge of his or her official duties.
