(A)   (1)   It is unlawful for any person who is under 18 years of age to purchase, accept receipt of or have in their possession a tobacco product or vapor product, or to present or offer to any person any purported proof of age which is false, fraudulent or not actually his or her own for purposes of purchasing tobacco or vapor products.
      (2)   It shall not be a violation of this section for a persons to handle the tobacco or vapor product when required in the performance of the person’s duties.
   (B)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS shall have the same meaning as provided in the Oklahoma Youth Access to Tobacco Act.
