§ 30.32 DISTURBING COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   It is unlawful for any person to, during the course of any regular, special or emergency meeting of the City Council, engage in any conduct calculated to or resulting in a disruption or disturbance of the administration of the public business coming before the City Council. Any person deemed in violation of this section may be summarily removed from the Council chambers of the City Hall by the sergeant-at-arms on order of the presiding official of any meeting.
