§ 131.13 FIRE DEPARTMENT PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   No person shall wilfully and without proper authority remove, take away or conceal any tool, appliance or other article belonging to the Fire Department or anything used in connection with the Fire Department.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to wilfully damage in any manner any hose, fire engine or other apparatus belonging to the Department or to damage any building used for housing the same.
