§ 131.09 PLACING SIGNS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It is unlawful for any person to cut, carve, engrave, place, stick, tack, paste, post, paint, mark, write, inscribe or print any sign, mark, poster, picture, announcement, advertisement, effigy, bill placard, device or inscription upon any public or private building, fence, street, sidewalk, curb, pavement, bridge, viaduct, post, automobile, other vehicle or other property of another, without the consent of the owner or person in charge thereof. This section shall not prohibit sidewalk contractor's name plates.
