§ 123.060 REGULATORY JURISDICTION AND PROCEDURES.
   The city shall have regulatory jurisdiction over a grantee's cable system consistent with federal and state laws and the city's policy powers. The daily routine, administrative responsibilities and supervision of the franchise shall be the responsibility of the City Manager.
