§ 123.003 COMPLIANCE WITH FCC AND FEDERAL LAW REQUIRED.
   This chapter shall be amended where necessary to conform to all amendments to Part 76 of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Communications Commission within 12 months of the order of the amendments, and with Title VI of the federal Communications Act of 1934 (47 USC 522, et seq.) within 12 months of such amendments.
