§ 122.01 FOOD SANITATION MANUAL ADOPTED.
   (A)   There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the inspection of food service establishments, the issuance, suspension or revocation of permits to operate the establishment and the sale of unsound or mislabeled food or drink, including penalties, that certain code known as the Food Code, 2017 Recommendations of the United States Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration, and all amendments thereto, save and exempt the portions that are deleted, modified or amended, of which no less than three copies have been and now are filed in the office of the City Clerk. The same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.
   (B)   The provisions of the manual, as herein modified, shall be controlling in the inspection of food service establishments, the issuance, suspension or revocation of permits to operate the establishments and the sale of unsound or mislabeled food or drink within the corporate limits of the city. As the manual is subsequently amended or modified, the changes shall be incorporated herein by reference.
