§ 118.10 WRITTEN REPORTS.
   Every licensee shall make a written report with all pertinent information to the Police Department within 24 hours of the following events:
   (A)   Upon refusal to accept a referral because of equipment failure or the lack of available attendant;
   (B)   Unusual delay in arriving at the scene;
   (C)   Damage or alleged damage to the impounded vehicle caused by the wrecker or attendant; and
   (D)   Loss or alleged loss of personal property and/or equipment from the impounded vehicle during the time it was in possession of the licensee or its employees.
