§ 118.06 STANDARDS FOR ISSUANCE OF REFERRAL LICENSE.
   (A)   Upon completion of review of the submitted application, the Chief of Police shall make the following findings:
      (1)   Whether the applicant maintains its principal place of business within the city limits and whether dispatching and the applicant’s wreckers are located at the place;
      (2)   Whether the applicant and all employees are fit and proper persons to receive referrals;
      (3)   Whether the applicant has at his or her central place of business an attendant on duty or available at all times; and
      (4)   Whether the requirements of this subchapter and all other governing laws and ordinances have been met.
   (B)   If the findings of the Chief of Police show that an applicant meets the standards described herein, the Chief of Police with the City Manager’s approval shall authorize a license to be issued in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (C)   The Chief of Police, in his or her discretion, may authorize an inspection of the wreckers, equipment, and storage facilities of any license holder by the Police Department to ensure that the licensee is in compliance with the Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 595 Section 25 as codified 12-30-91.
