(A) When an application is received by the City Clerk, he or she shall forward the same to the Chief of Police for review.
(B) The applicant's wreckers, equipment, and storage facilities may be inspected by the Police Department to ensure that the applicant is in compliance with the Oklahoma Administrative Code Title 595 Section 25 as codified 12-30-91 which is hereby adopted by the City of Bethany.
