§ 117.02 LICENSE AND FEES.
   (A)   No person shall operate or permit to be operated any taxicab in the city unless a license has been issued to the owner thereof and a tax paid, in accordance with § 110.02.
   (B)   The tax required shall be in addition to any fee required by the laws of the state.
