(A) All security agencies, investigative agencies, private investigators and security guards, armed or unarmed, doing business in the city shall be in compliance with State Security Guard and Private Investigator Act, 59 O.S. §§ 1750.1 et seq.
(B) All persons required to be licensed under the State Security Guard and Private Investigator Act shall, prior to doing business in the city, present to the Chief of Police or his or her designee, the following:
(1) License or provisional license issued under the State Security Guard and Private Investigator Act;
(2) Location and duration of services in the city; and
(3) Number of employees of agency involved and their state license classification.
