(A) New or used motor vehicle dealers shall meet the requirements of this section as conditions for the issuance or renewal of a license.
(B) Each existing and future dealer location in the city shall:
(1) Have a minimum of five permanently designated parking spaces for customers;
(2) Be a legally recorded lot(s), as defined herein, and be the only licensee located on the lot(s); and
(3) For a dealer location not existing in the city on the effective date of this chapter, the location shall also have permanently paved hard surface parking for customers and all areas used for display of vehicles.
(C) In addition to other conditions of this section, the location, structures and use of all existing and future dealers shall comply with the applicable provisions hereof.
