All nursing care facilities must comply with the rules and regulations of the State Health Department and must, at all times, have a valid license issued by the State Health Department. All drug and/or alcohol abuse treatment facilities shall comply with rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health Substance Abuse Services, and must at all times have a valid license issued by that agency.
