§ 112.23 LOCATION.

A nursing care facility, or drug and/or alcohol abuse treatment facility, or related institution shall be permitted at only those locations permitted in the zoning code. Drug and/or alcohol abuse treatment facilities require issuance of a special use permit under the zoning code.
