§ 97.41 PUBLIC HEARINGS.
   (A)   (1)   No variance shall be granted or revoked without first holding a public hearing.
      (2)   No less than ten days' notice shall be given to all interested persons as appear in the file and records of the Board.
   (B)   In addition, notice of the hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation and published within the city not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing.
