§ 95.083 PAYMENT OF FINES; APPEARANCE BEFORE MAGISTRATE.
   The Municipal Judge may designate specified offenses dealing with animals or regulations, in respect to which payment of fines may be accepted by the Municipal Court. Unless otherwise provided in this code, the Municipal Judge may specify what number of the offenses shall require appearances before the magistrate, and may specify, by suitable schedules, the amount of fine which may be accepted in satisfaction of each specified offense for first, second and subsequent offenses. The fines shall be within the limits declared by the city code.
