§ 95.061 REDEMPTION OF ANIMALS; PICK- UP CHARGES AND EXPENSES.
   (A)   If the owner of any animal impounded hereunder shall apply to and pay the city the costs, charges and expenses hereinafter provided at any time before the disposal of the animal, the animal control officer shall release the animal unless the animal is being held for rabies observation, or is hereby held as diseased, vicious or dangerous.
   (B)   The animal control officer shall not release any impounded animal to its owner until all charges against the animal are paid.
