§ 95.040 BITING INCIDENTS.

Any person owning or having under his or her control any dog or cat who bites any person or any person who has been bitten by any dog or cat shall forthwith notify the Police Department of the city, giving the location and license number of the dog, if available, the name and address of the person bitten. Failure to make a report shall be an offense.
