§ 95.038 BARKING DOGS AND HOWLING CATS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or harbor any dog or cat that causes annoyance or disturbance to any resident of the city by loud or frequent barking, howling or yelping. Prosecutions under this section shall be made only upon the written complaint filed by any person so annoyed or disturbed.
