§ 95.037 DOGS AT-LARGE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any dog to permit the dog to be at-large or trespass on the property of another within the city. The animal control officer is hereby authorized to pick up and impound any dog found at-large in violation of this section.
