§ 95.036 CONFINEMENT ON PREMISES.

   (A)   Any person who keeps, maintains or harbors a dog shall keep the dog confined on the premises.

   (B)   The confinement shall be accomplished by the following means:

      (1)   A fence or similar enclosure to prevent the dog from escaping;

      (2)   Keeping inside a house or other building; or

      (3)   Keeping on a leash to prevent the dog from escaping from the premises.
