It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Wilfully or maliciously torture, cruelly beat, injure, maim, mutilate or unjustly destroy or kill any animal, fowl or reptile whether belonging to himself or another;
(B) Deprive an animal, fowl, reptile in subjugation or captivity of food, drink or shelter;
(C) Unjustly administer any poison or noxious drug or substance to any animal, fowl or reptile.
(D) Unjustly expose any drug or substance with the intent that the same shall be taken by any animal, fowl, reptile, whether same be the property of himself, herself or another; or
(E) Cause any person to do any of the acts enumerated in this section.
