(A) It is unlawful for any person to trap, hunt, shoot, molest or attempt to trap, hunt, shoot, molest in any manner, any bird or wild fowl, or to rob bird nests or wild fowl nests within the city.
(B) However, if any of the birds or wild fowl become a public nuisance or a menace to health or property, then in that event, the birds or wild fowl may be destroyed under the control and supervision of the animal control officer or City Police Department.
