§ 95.006 KEEPING DANGEROUS, VICIOUS OR DISEASED ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain or harbor any dangerous, vicious or diseased animal.
   (B)   A diseased animal is an animal known or believed to be infected with a dangerous or communicable disease.
