§ 93.41 NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful and an offense for any person to maintain, permit or create a public nuisance on any private or public property within the city.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      PUBLIC NUISANCE. Any of those acts, conditions, circumstances or inactions set forth herein.
