§ 93.07 COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and an offense to park or store on a lot in a residential district or occupied by a dwelling any of the following:
      (1)   Commercial trailers or equipment of all types or sizes; or
      (2)   Road licensed commercial motor vehicles exceeding a one-ton rated capacity.
   (B)   Road licensed commercial motor vehicles, not prohibited by division (A) above, shall nevertheless:
      (1)   Be limited to one per family living on the premises; and
      (2)   Not be used for hauling explosives, gasoline or liquified petroleum products.
