§ 92.26 FAILURE TO REMOVE.
   (A)   If, within ten days after a final order has been entered by the City Council, any owner of any lot or parcel of land has failed, refused or neglected to remove any tree or trees, shrubs or parts thereof, which have been adjudged to constitute a traffic hazard, then the person shall be guilty of an offense.
   (B)   Each and every day that the owner fails, refuses and neglects to remove any tree or trees, shrubs or plants or any other obstructions or parts thereof, shall be a separate and distinct offense.
