§ 92.25 HEARING AND ORDER TO REMOVE TRAFFIC HAZARD.
   (A)   (1)   The City Manager shall hear, in summary manner, all matters incident to the complaint from all interested parties.
      (2)   At the conclusion of the hearing, he or she will make the order as may be just and proper in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   If it is the judgment of the City Manager that a traffic hazard does in fact exist, then the City Council shall make an order directing the removal by the property owner of the trees, shrubs or other obstructions which constitute the traffic hazard.
