§ 92.06 HOUSE NUMBERS; DUTY TO POST.
   (A)   All house numbers on north and south streets shall be numbered consecutively commencing with the first block north of 15th Street, to be known as the North 1700 Block, to the block immediately south of N.W. 63rd Street, which shall be known as the North 6300 Block. All houses on the west side of the street shall bear an odd number and on the east side of the street shall bear an even number. (Prior Code, § 15-406)
   (B)   (1)   All house numbers on the east and west streets shall be numbered consecutively, commencing with the first block west of North MacArthur shall be the 5900 Block West, and the first block east of Eagle Lane shall be the West 8300 Block.
      (2)   In numbering blocks and houses, the following base points are hereby established: the first block west of North Hammond shall be the West 6200 Block; the first block west of North Peniel shall be the West 6600 Block; the first block west of North College shall be the West 6700 Block; the first block west of North Mueller shall be the West 6800 Block; the first block west of North West Avenue shall be the West 7100 Block; the first block west of North Glade Avenue shall be the West 7500 Block; the first block west of North Council shall be the West 8000 Block. All houses on the south shall bear even numbers, and all houses on the north shall bear odd numbers.

   (C)   It shall be the duty of the owners or occupant of each house or business building to place in a conspicuous place the proper house or building number as assigned by the City Engineer. (Prior Code, § 15-408)
