(A) The east and west streets in the city shall have the following designations: the first street on the south edge of the city, shall be known as N.W. 16th Street and the streets shall be numbered consecutively, except as indicated herein, to the north edge of the city, which shall be known as N.W. 63rd Street.
(B) The exceptions shall be as follows: the first street north of N.W. 25th Street, between Glade and Council, shall be N.W. 25th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 28th Street, between Glade and Thompkins, shall be N.W. 28th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 29th Street, between Peniel and Mueller, shall be N.W. 29th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 30th, between Peniel and Mueller, shall be N.W. 30th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 31st Street between Peniel and Mueller, shall be N.W. 31st Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 34th Street, between Shannon Drive and Eagle Lane, shall be N.W. 34th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 38th Street, between Beaver and Rockwell Avenue, shall be N.W. 38th Street Terrace; the first street north of 38th Street, on the ease edge of the city and continuing through the limits of the city, shall be N.W. 39th Street Expressway; the first street north of N.W. 39th Street, between Rockwell Avenue and Divis, shall be N.W. 39th Street Terrace; the first street north of N.W. 59th Street, between Rockwell Avenue and the east edge of the limits of the city, shall be N.W. 59th Street Terrace; the street between N.W. 59th Street Terrace and N.W. 60th Street, beginning and ending on N.W. 60th Street, shall be N.W. 60th Street Drive;
the first street north of N.W. 61st Street shall be N.W. 61st Street Terrace.
