§ 91.07 VIOLATION; APPROPRIATE LEGAL ACTION.
   In addition to the penalties, the alarm administrator is hereby authorized to take appropriate legal action to require the disconnection of any alarm system operated in violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to disconnection of the alarm system through injunctive relief in the District Court.
