§ 53.065 ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.

   The following persons are hereby vested with full authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter:

   (A)   Plant manager;

   (B)   Pretreatment Coordinator for Bethany-Warr Acres Public Works Authority;

   (C)   An authorized representative of the City- County Health Department;

   (D)   Any duly authorized employee or officer of the city; and

   (E)   Other persons as authorized under specific provisions of this chapter.
