(A) It shall be a violation of the pretreatment program for any person to knowingly make any false statement, representation or certification in any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter or waste water discharge permit, or to falsify, tamper with or knowingly render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required under this chapter.
(B) Any violator found to be falsifying information shall be subject to any of the enforcement provisions of this subchapter.
