(A) Term. Every license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance unless sooner suspended or revoked. Said license shall be renewed annually pursuant to the same standards and requirements set forth in this chapter.
(B) Submission of renewal application. Every application for a renewal of a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be submitted at least 60 days before the expiration of the license.
(C) Approval or denial. The city shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this chapter within a reasonable period of time and in no event shall the city act to approve or deny said license later than 60 days from the date that the application was submitted.
