(A) No person or user shall discharge wastewater which exceeds the following set of standards unless an exception is permitted as provided in this chapter. Dilution of any wastewater discharge for the purpose of satisfying these requirements shall be considered in violation of this chapter.

(B) Due to analytical constraints, the following method detection limit shall be used to determine compliance: Mercury - 0.0002 mg/l: (EPA Test Method 245.1 or 245.2–40 CFR 136)
