(A) Fine for violation. Any person operating a mobile food facility or service in violation of any provision of this subchapter or any rules and regulations may be subject to a fine of up to $500 per day. Each violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. In addition to a fine, any license holder operating a mobile food facility or service in violation of this chapter may be subject to revocation, suspension and/or modification of their license.
(B) Revocation, suspension, modification. Once a license has been issued it may be revoked, suspended, modified, or not renewed by the Community Development Department for failure to comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
