§ 122.14 LICENSE FEES.
   (A)   A fee of $200 annually, for a license to operate in the city limits shall be paid at the time the license is issued and shall not be prorated. Food truck licenses shall be effective for the period of July 1 through June 30 each year. At the time of renewal of a food truck license, the applicant will provide a copy of sales tax paid to the city for the previous license time period.
   (B)   Special events. A fee of $25 for a license to operate in the city limits for a single special event, such as but not limited to: Fourth of July events, Christmas events, carnivals, fairs, and the like, shall be paid at the time the license is issued. A new license must be obtained for each special event. An annual license as provided in division (A) above shall serve as a license for any special event.
