§ 159.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FEE.
   Before placing a PTSU unit on property in the city, an application shall be filed and the owner of property where the PTSU is to be located or the person, firm or a company furnishing the PTSU shall receive a permit from the city. No permits shall be required unless the unit will be at the site for more than one week. Fees for the permits shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
