§ 52.09 USE OF FACILITIES; DISTURBANCE.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to turn on any water meter or connect into any water supply of the city or to use any water, water lines or water meters of the city, without permission from the city.
      (2)   It is unlawful for a person to reconnect or use any water in the city, when the services have been discontinued, for any cause by the city, until so authorized by the proper authority of the city.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, unless duly authorized by the Water Superintendent, to disturb, interfere with or damage any water, water pipe, hydrant, machinery, tools, building or implements connected with or under the control of the city water works or distribution system of the city.
