§ 52.07 SHUT-OFF OF SERVICE.
   The city reserves the right, at any time without notice, to shut off the water supply for repairs, extensions or for any other reason, or for the non-payment of charges after giving written notice, and the city shall not be responsible for any damages resulting therefrom.
