§ 110.06 OFFICIALS' RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   The City Inspector or any police officer shall have power to enter any place requiring a license or permit hereunder, during business hours, to ascertain whether this title and other ordinances of the city are being complied with.
   (B)   It shall be the special duty of all the officials to see that all licenses and permits required hereunder are paid when due.
