(A) Visible, outside posting shall be made of all permits issued for demolition, remodeling, and construction projects requiring city permits.
(B) Visible, outside posting of permits for any excavation or construction on any public property, easements or rights-of-way shall be required at a location on or abutting the job site.
(C) For other permits required for various uses of property such as garage sales, auctions, or other activities requiring a city permit, the permit shall be posted in a visible outside location on the property where the activity is taking place.
(D) For the purposes of this subchapter, VISIBLE means the permit can be readily seen by city code officials when at the location of the permitted activity without entering into a structure.
