§ 38.60 PURPOSES OF REVENUES.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this subchapter to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the municipal government and any and all revenues derived hereunder may be expended by the governing body of the municipality for any purpose for which funds may be lawfully expended, as authorized.
