(A) It shall be unlawful for any person without the expressed consent of the grantee to make any connection, extension or division, whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise with or to any segment of a franchised cable system for any purpose whatsoever.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully interfere, tamper, remove, obstruct or damage any part, segment or content of a franchised cable system for any purpose whatsoever.
