§ 123.075 EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES.

In the carrying out of the construction, maintenance and operation of the cable system, the grantee shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
