§ 37.26 ADMINISTRATION.
   For the purpose of administration of the system, there is hereby established a Committee, which shall be the members of the City Council as now existing or as from time to time duly elected or appointed or constituted. The powers and duties of the Committee shall be as set forth in the system instrument.
