§ 37.10 MERIT SYSTEM.
   (A)   All officers and employees in the merit system shall hold their respective positions during good behavior and shall be discharged, demoted or suspended without pay only for good and sufficient cause.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to temporary or probationary employees. The probationary period shall be for a minimum of six months after the date of employment.
